Here at MSW we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

FREE SHIPPING
MSW offer a FREE STANDARD SHIPPING service for all online orders. This service uses the Australia Post Regular Post Service. For an express service an additional fee is required.

TRACKING
After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order via the Australia Post Tracking Page.

REGULAR POST 
Within VIC, Australia Post will deliver to most metro locations within 2-5 business days after dispatch, and up to 5-7 business days after dispatch for regional areas. 

Interstate orders will take 3-6 business days after dispatch for metro areas, and for regional areas we recommend viewing the Australia Post delivery estimates page. 

EXPRESS POST 
Australia Post estimate that Express Post deliveries will take place between 2-3 business days after dispatch. 

Please note delivery times can vary depending on your location [some of you may live outside of the Express Post network which means a longer dispatch time] and it is recommended to please the Australia Post delivery estimates page. to view your expected delivery times

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 
MSW strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, however, during Promotional Periods or Public Holidays, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual.

  • Promotional Periods: During sales events or holiday promotions, order processing times may be extended by up to 5 business days.

  • Public Holidays: Our operations may be affected by Public Holidays, namely during the Christmas period due to supplier partner and Australia Post closures. Order processing times may be extended by up to 5 business days.

We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays in processing or shipping. Please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has shipped for updates on your delivery status.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If an address error is noticed after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately at info@menssuitwarehouse.com.au. Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address correction or amendment is requested.  

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
At MSW, we pride ourselves on providing you with a fuss free experience so that you can kick back and RELAX. We will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit for any change of mind. Please note that the following timeframes apply for a change of mind return:

  • In Store returns must take place within 14 days of purchase
  • Online returns must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted on any items that have undergone alterations

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise that is returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of Purchase is provided
  • Our product must be returned to us in its original condition which means it must be: with tags intact, unworn, unwashed or dry cleaned, in its original visual and scented condition [yes our sniffer dogs can tell when something has been worn out on the town!]

Note: Due to hygiene reasons our change of mind policy does not apply to underwear and/or swimwear, these items are unable to be returned for change of mind so please choose carefully.

If you can’t make it into store, then return shipping is covered by you. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid post satchel with your return item and MSW will then gladly arrange to send the correct size out to you as soon as possible!

FOR INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS
If you are unable to make it into store, then the items must be shipped back to Mens Suit Warehouse in VIC. In these cases the customer is to cover the costs of shipping to return the item to MSW for exchange or credit. For exchange situations, please include a self-addressed pre-paid post satchel with your return item and MSW will then gladly arrange to send the correct size out to you as soon as possible!

HOW SHOULD I POST MY RETURN?
Please email us at online@menssuitwarehouse.com.au with your order number and return parcel tracking number to notify us of the return.

Send your parcel carefully wrapped so as to protect the product for any damage and be sure to choose registered post for your own peace of mind! We will be in touch as soon as the parcel has been received.

MSW prides itself on providing a no fuss in store experience and above all, a quality product to suit your occasion.

Under Australian Consumer Law If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in value of the product (if you choose to keep it).

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund replacement. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
